Marketing that resonates, and revenue that proves it

I started in advertising, on accounts like the Louisiana Office of Tourism, the New Orleans Saints, Harrah's, and San Diego Marriott Gaslamp Quarter. I learned how to make people feel something about a brand, and how to turn a room into a place people wanted to be.

From there I spent over a decade inside one of the country's largest hospitality operators, rising to Regional Director of Member Experience. I launched a new lifestyle brand from zero to 700 in six months, designed and rolled out a product that generated roughly $600,000 in recurring revenue, and lifted a 33-property portfolio's email open rates to an all-time-high 44% average. I became a key contributor that leadership called to build the narrative behind multi-million-dollar reinventions, working alongside architects, designers, and executive stakeholders.

What ties it together isn't one industry. It's an instinct for what makes people fall for a place — and the discipline to turn that feeling into results.

I love discovering a new destination. I feel alive in a great city and completely at peace on the coast. I'm a sucker for a beautiful hotel, I eat, sleep, and breathe extraordinary dining and entertainment, and I have more miles on more credit cards than I'd like to admit. Honestly, I've never met a luxury hotel I didn't love. A quick rapid-fire round, so you get the real me.

A hotel I can't wait to get back to
Little Palm Island in the Florida Keys: adults-only, castaway, not a clock in sight. Or Four Seasons Cabo del Sol when we bring our three-year-old, who they spoil almost as much as they spoil us.
Most memorable meal
Fresh-caught lobster and crab at French Leave in Eleuthera. My husband spends more time underwater than on land in the Bahamas, so he handed the chef his own catch, and out came the most authentic, beautifully prepared seafood I'd had in years.
Most extraordinary event
A friend's wedding at the Biltmore in downtown LA. Every detail turned up to eleven: the grand ballroom, the decor, the over-the-top entertainment, and a bride and groom who lit up the room. Still the best party I've been to.
Cocktail of choice
At a steakhouse, it has to be a martini: shaken within an inch of its life, a little dirty, blue-cheese olives when the mood strikes. Anywhere else, tequila. And anytime, anywhere, wine, a crisp Sancerre, a bold Pinot, or a classic Bordeaux.
Favorite city
New Orleans, Louisiana. For its festive, friendly, flavorful soul. It'll always be home to me.
